Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the pgjl platform at pgjl.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with any other person. pgjl will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact pgjl support immediately and update your password via the account settings accessible through the Login page. You agree to notify us promptly of any security breach related to your account.

User Obligations and Platform Rules
All users of pgjl are expected to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable laws and regulations.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any games, betting systems, promotions, or platform features.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, collusion, or any form of cheating.

pgjl reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on pgjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By using the platform's payment features, you agree to the transaction terms outlined in this section and in the Deposit section.
Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. pgjl does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Transactions made using unauthorized payment methods may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as applicable processing times, are detailed on the Deposit page. These amounts and conditions may be updated from time to time. pgjl is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to verification of your account identity and compliance with applicable terms. pgjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Funds that are subject to dispute, chargeback, or suspected fraud may be withheld pending resolution.
pgjl does not guarantee any specific outcome from gaming activity. Playing does not constitute an investment, and no returns are promised or implied. Manage your funds responsibly.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgjl and its operators, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gaming activity, technical failures, unauthorized account access, or any service interruptions.
pgjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, pgjl's liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Account Suspension and Closure
pgjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:
- A user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
- A user is found to be under the age of 18.
- Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected.
- Account activity suggests a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, pgjl may withhold funds held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach has occurred, users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding transactions will be processed in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures.

Intellectual Property

The pgjl name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Content provided by game suppliers is governed by the respective licensing agreements between pgjl and those suppliers. Users do not acquire any rights to such content through use of the platform.
